Among them, OSMOSE ASSURANCE insures several thousand Anglophone clients who have chosen to benefit from a full bilingual service. Sales and after sales customer service are handled in both languages by an Anglo-French team with almost 20 years of bilingual customer service. OSMOSE ASSURANCE is the new name for Thierry Marcq insurance, since Thierry Marcq and team joined forces with Tony Mooren.

Thierry Marcq has been an insurance agent in France since 2000, and formerly to that was a manager for a UK bank. Through this work, he has gained many years’ experience working with English-speaking clients.

Tony Mooren, insurance agent since 2009 specialises in business insurance and deals primarily with French speaking customers.
